Studio management is that list, live. Check-in so you see who has arrived. Heating and ventilation. Lights, windows, doors. Presence in the spaces. Teacher WiFi and student WiFi. The door code, given only to people who should have it. Tasks waiting, in progress, done. Invite teachers and admins. A log of what changed.
Teachers use the Teachers App to send a change or a report. The desk uses Studio Management to keep the house. Convenience is not chasing the room.
